This device is most useful to Caravanners and Motorhome users who frequently have to retune for Digital TV which in remote areas can be a challenge. Simply connect the Aerial lead in to the meter, turn the gain control to high and rotate aerial until you can get the maximum number of LED's to light up. Then turn gain down a touch and fine turn again to achieve maximum number of LED's illuminated again.
Can be wired inline for permament connection which suits users touring.
Our evaluation tests showed this created some signal loss between 10 to 20% depending on the quality of patch lead used. A better solution is to site meter near your aerial amplifier and take a fly lead connection to spare outlet on the amp. Switch on and align the aerial as described.
