Products marked  "Special order product normally dispatched in 7 working days" are items ordered in for your specific order and will normally dispatch within the timescale shown. Applies mainly to imported Lingerie.

Delivery costs appear at checkout and are based on weight, size, and your location. Where possible we use 1st class Royal Mail as the fastest most economical route. You can upgrade your delivery to next day at the checkout for an aditional charge.
If you live in Scottish Highlands or off-shore such as Northern Ireland, Channel Islands etc. and the item is longer that 90 cm, or is not deliverable by Royal Mail 1st class postage due to size, weight or value then a Courier rate will apply specific to those locations.

If you are ordering from outside UK choose the correct country listing at checkout to see your postage charge. International postgae only accepts items up to 2 kg for Airmail over that weight Courier shipping would be used.

Items marked special order will be ordered in on placement of your order.  The whole order will be kept together and as soon as all items are available it will be shipped.  Please take this into account for delivery times when ordering.  The time scale is indicated in the product description.
